Navigating the OPUS DX Online Event Portal


The FAQs are intended to be a useful resource and guide for your online learning experience. Learn more by clicking on the title of interest.

You can check the continuing education page, review the symposium event guide, or view the session details on the live sessions tab by clicking the session name.

The livestream can be accessed by most mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. However; we strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a hardline internet connection for the best performance and experience.

  • Select Live Sessions from the navigation menu along the left of your screen then Attend Session for the session you are attending.
  • The first session of the day and after lunch open 30-minutes prior to session start time. All other sessions open fifteen (15) minutes prior to the session start time.
  • We strongly advise you to select your session prior to the start time.
  • Session materials are available by clicking Event Guide or Handouts from the navigation menu
  • After clicking Handouts, scroll to the session then click Download Handout.
  • Session materials are also available during a live session by clicking Resources at the bottom of the page on the left side of the screen.

If you need help, please contact Technical Support, Monday – Wednesday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. All times are EST. Support will be available during live broadcasts, beginning one hour before the start of the live broadcast and until 30 minutes after the last session ends.

While watching or listening, you can easily switch between these custom features:

  • Session Details – Review session descriptions and speaker biographies.
  • Polling - Participate in real-time session polling.
  • Questions – Submit type written questions for the speaker to answer during Q & A
  • Resources – Download presentation materials.
  • Session Notes – Easily jot down key take-aways from the session and receive them automatically via email once the session ends.
  • Request Live Help – Staff is always there to help if you run into any issues with your online experience.
