Public Consulting Group (PCG) in partnership with Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), has begun a project the last few months aimed at recruiting and retaining in-home service providers. We hope this will assist in addressing the current provider shortage, create a pipeline of future ODM providers, and support and develop providers as they do this important work.

PCG was founded in 1986. We have contracts in every state throughout the country primarily focused on public sector health, education, and human services organizations to make measurable improvements to their performance and processes. In Ohio, this scope of work includes enrolling providers, conducting on-site visits, structural reviews, critical incident investigations, provider occurrence investigations, and provider training and support.
